The Project Analyst, Sr supports a client training workstream focused on developing and delivering career-path curriculum for warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and federal workforce environments. The role contributes to curriculum design and development, facilitator readiness, delivery-site customization, rollout planning, and deployment logistics.

Working closely with client stakeholders and delivery teams, this position helps translate training objectives into organized, deployable learning materials and implementation plans. The Project Analyst, Sr facilitates in-person and virtual working sessions, tracks workstream activities, supports rollout coordination, and helps ensure training delivery is aligned to site-specific operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of training curricula, learning materials, and delivery approaches tailored to multiple career paths and client operational requirements.
• Develop facilitator qualification criteria, facilitator training materials, and readiness activities to promote consistent training delivery across locations.
• Coordinate the development and implementation of the training network rollout plan, including delivery sequencing, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Customize curriculum content, presentation materials, and supporting resources to address the operational context and workforce needs of each delivery site.
• Facilitate productive in-person and virtual meetings, workshops, and working sessions with client stakeholders, subject-matter experts, facilitators, and project team members.
• Support deployment logistics planning by coordinating schedules, training resources, site requirements, participant considerations, and other implementation dependencies.
• Collect, organize, and analyze workstream information to identify risks, issues, action items, and opportunities to improve curriculum development and delivery activities.
• Prepare clear status updates, meeting materials, presentation decks, trackers, and documentation using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management, or a Master of Business Administration.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or federal government environment.
• Demonstrated experience supporting instructional design, curriculum development, training delivery, facilitator preparation, or related workforce-learning initiatives.
• Experience facilitating meetings and working sessions in both in-person and virtual environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams to develop training materials, manage project information, and communicate with stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship is required; dual citizenship is not permitted.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination.
• Ability to travel up to 25% in support of client-site curriculum delivery, rollout activities, and deployment planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale training rollouts across multiple geographically dispersed locations.
• Experience customizing learning content for warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, supply-chain, or federal operational environments.
• Familiarity with project-management practices, including schedule tracking, action-item management, stakeholder coordination, and risk identification.
• Experience developing facilitator guides, learner materials, presentation decks, job aids, or training implementation plans.

Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience. The compensation displayed for this role is a general guideline based on these factors and is unique to each role.
