Overview

Frontwave Credit Union is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Project Analyst to provide comprehensive project and process support with a focus on business analysis and continuous improvement. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and project teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements while driving process optimization and data-driven decision making.

 

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes the following non-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.  All duties are to be performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and Frontwave Credit Union policies and procedures.

  • Project Planning and Requirements Management: Responsibly manage Project Intake and gather market/financial data for Business Cases and Project Charters. Translate business needs into functional requirements and work with stakeholders to document business requirements. Support feature prioritization based on business value and collaborate with PM/BL to define acceptance criteria and definition of done. Assist in logging project requirements, refine product backlogs, and create/maintain documentation including user stories and process maps. Validate solutions through UAT coordination and gather project requirements for sprint planning
  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities using statistical methods. Facilitate gemba walks with PM to observe processes and create metrics-based process mapping. Map current/future state business processes and perform value stream analysis to identify waste and bottlenecks. Develop metrics to measure process improvements and analyze improvement trends.
  • Process Execution and Problem Solving: Implement A3 thinking methodology for structured problem-solving and gather data using Pareto analysis for root cause analysis. Prepare Process Improvement documentation and support cross-functional teams in process standardization. Implement data-driven solutions to address process inefficiencies
  • Testing, Documentation and Change Management: Create UAT Test Plans based on requirements and coordinate testing activities. Maintain Project and Process Data in TDX and support Project Post Mortem/Lessons Learned sessions. Support change management initiatives and conduct impact assessments for proposed changes
  • Business and Project Analysis Support: Provide additional data, financial, market analysis to support project or process management goals for the organization.

 

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree is required.  One to two years’ experience managing projects in multiple areas is required. Preferably experience in business analysis, project support, or process improvementExperience with Agile methodologies and requirements gathering processes

Possess the skills to work with Windows Microsoft Office and willingness to learn Project Management Software. 

 

Salary Range: $34.55/hr - $51.83/hr
