Job Description

Reporting to the Project Lead or designate, The Project Analyst is responsible for implementing projects within the strategic plan, specific project management duties, project fiscal tracking and management, workflow and business analysis and coordinating small and large work teams of internal staff and external consultants.
QUALIFICATIONS:Education, Training And ExperienceA level of education, training and experience equivalent to a degree in Health Information Sciences, Commerce, Business Administration, or Computer Science and five years recent experience in project management, system analysis, design programming, and the use of a formal systems delivery methodology.

Additional information for applicants
This position will support structured IMIT Operational Readiness coordination, tracking, and follow-up. The role will focus on Jira and Confluence updates, action tracking, coordination support, activation resource planning, Command Centre planning, and maintaining visibility of risks, decisions, dependencies, owners, and due dates. The analyst will work closely with Project Director IMIT Operational Readiness. The position will be primarily remote initially, but beginning in December 2026 it will require up to 3 days per week on-site presence in Duncan at the new QVH as deployment, validation, remediation, and readiness activities increase.The salary range for this position is $76,111 (min) to $95,138 (midpoint) to $109,409 (max) per annum (based on 1 FTE). Salary placement is between min and midpoint, based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
