Job SummaryWith general supervision, this position is responsible for the administration and coordination of employee engagement initiatives across multiple office locations nationwide. The role focuses on planning and executing offsite engagement events, managing internal communications that support these activities, coordinating new employee orientation tours, and administering company recognition programs. This position works closely with site leadership and other internal stakeholders to enhance the overall employee experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Administers the daily operational aspects of employee engagement initiatives and programs; participates in the development of annual engagement plans, budgets, event calendars, and schedules.
- Plans, coordinates, and executes offsite engagement events at office locations around the country, including logistics, vendor coordination, invitations, and follow-up activities.
- Develops and manages internal communications that support engagement events and programs, including announcements, intranet content, email campaigns, and post-event summaries.
- Manages the company's Most Valuable Professional (MVP) employee recognition program, including communication of results and recognition materials or events.
- Coordinates tour guides for new employee orientation and develops content and talking points for facility tours to ensure a consistent, informative, and engaging experience.
- Integrates and analyzes engagement plans and event timelines to ensure milestones and delivery requirements are met; ensures that all key internal stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Analyzes feedback, participation data, and engagement metrics to identify trends and develop recommendations for improving events, communications, and recognition programs.
- Develops appropriate reports, dashboards, and records related to engagement activities, recognition programs, and orientation tours.
- May represent the engagement function in internal meetings and working groups, providing updates and recommendations on engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Provides direction and guidance to support staff and less experienced professional staff involved in engagement activities and internal communications.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
Job Qualifications- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related discipline and six or more years of progressive professional experience in project administration, employee engagement, event coordination, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
- Must demonstrate a complete understanding of project administration and employee engagement principles, concepts, and techniques. Must have experience organizing, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating work to ensure engagement events and programs are delivered on time and meet defined milestones.
- Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them in an evolving environment while contributing to the development and improvement of engagement and communication processes. Must be customer focused and possess:
- The ability to identify issues, analyze data (such as participation and feedback), and develop solutions to a variety of complex engagement and communication challenges.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings and recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling an effective interface with employees at all levels, including leaders, managers, and staff across multiple locations.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency with standard office software and collaboration/communication tools.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential, as is the ability to work extended hours and travel as required to support events and key engagement activities.
