Full Job Description
The Project Administrator assists the project team at the project site in preparing project reports, coordinating project meetings, and preparing invoices in accordance with the client contract under minimal supervision from the project management team.

This position will be on-site with our healthcare client in Stockton, CA. Come join our team!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Under minimal supervision of Project Manager, assist with set up and oversee document control.
  • Review deliverables prepared by team before submitting to client.
  • Provide update/status reporting for work in progress including costs and schedules.
  • Review of payment applications and lien releases.
  • Maintain organization of contract schedules, owner invoices, and change order process.
  • Managing close out documents and warranty requests.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with stakeholders throughout various stages of the project.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Attendance at work during normal business hours.


Knowledge & Skills Required:
  • Experience with contract schedule, owner invoices and the change order process.
  • Ability to provide update and status reports for work in progress including cost and schedules.
  • Experience with set-up and document control.
  • Knowledge of payment applications and lien releases.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field

Experience: 2+ years working in related field

The salary range for this full-time role is $75,000.00-$100,000.01 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
