Position Summary A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Programmer / Systems Analyst to join its Information Technology team. This role will support critical enterprise applications, develop custom software solutions, maintain legacy systems, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong, full-stack development experience and a passion for building scalable, high-performing applications.
Responsibilities Schedule / Shift - Monday - Friday, Standard business hours (EST), Full-time

Key Duties - Collaborate with business users, developers, and IT teams to gather requirements and develop application specifications.
- Design, develop, test, and implement custom software applications, interfaces, APIs, and database solutions.
- Build and maintain front-end and back-end application components while ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications, including legacy systems and integrations.
- Create technical documentation and participate in system deployments, upgrades, security reviews, and ongoing application support.
Requirements Education - Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Licenses & Certifications - No specific certifications required
Skills - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Programmer Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar software development role.
- Strong experience with VB.NET, C#, REST APIs, Web Services, Angular (or similar JavaScript frameworks), Python, XML, JSON, LINQ, and Visual Studio.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, database design, and SSIS.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft DevOps, source control/version management, Agile methodologies, software design principles, and project management practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Salesforce.
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
- Healthcare industry experience.
