  • Perform deep-packet analysis and hardware troubleshooting to resolve connectivity issues across diverse networking environments.
  • Optimize data ingestion rates and protocols (e.g., MQTT, OPC-UA, Modbus) to ensure high data integrity and minimal latency.
Analytics & Visualization
  • Design and develop intuitive, high-impact analytics dashboards for internal and external customers.
  • Translate complex machine data into actionable KPIs and visual trends that support operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for custom reporting and real-time monitoring tools.
Governance & Standardization
  • Establish and document Enterprise IoT Connection Standards to ensure uniformity, security, and interoperability across all business units.
  • Define best practices for device naming conventions, data tagging, and security authentication.
  • Conduct technical reviews of IoT implementations to ensure compliance with established standards.
Training & Mentorship
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation for the IoT Platform.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions for programmers and analysts across the business to enable self-sufficiency in connecting devices and utilizing platform tools.
  • Act as a consultant to various business units to identify IoT opportunities and guide their implementation.
