Full Job Description
We are looking for a Program Specialist, Talent Intelligence to join our team. This is a hybrid capacity out of San Jose, CA (3 times a week), or remotely across the US role, reporting to the Director, TA Enablement & Operations in the TA Enablement & Operations department. In this role, you will blend a curiosity for recruiting with data analytics to map the global talent landscape and deliver the insights needed to fuel our hiring strategies. Working hand-in-hand with our Head of Talent Intelligence, you will synthesize complex information to support our general and administrative teams and provide a strong foundation for our company's growth.

What you'll do (Role Expectations)
  • Dive deep into market research to craft comprehensive talent intelligence reports that provide clear insights and support the strategic needs of Recruiting Leadership
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to map global talent pools, focusing on competitor intelligence, skill trends, and labor market dynamics
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to guide hiring strategies, optimize sourcing methods, and drive OKR success
  • Synthesize complex datasets into clean, intuitive narratives and visual dashboards for senior stakeholders

Who You Are (Success Profile)
  • You thrive in ambiguity. You're comfortable building the path as you walk it. You thrive in a dynamic environment, seeing ambiguity not as a hindrance, but as the raw material to build something meaningful.
  • You act like an owner. Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action. You operate with integrity because you genuinely care about the outcome. True ownership involves leveraging dynamic range: the ability to navigate seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
  • You are a problem-solver. You love running towards the challenges because you are laser-focused on finding the solution, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact.
  • You are a high-trust collaborator. You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You embrace our challenge culture by giving and receiving ongoing feedback-knowing that candor delivered with clarity and respect is the truest form of teamwork and the fastest way to earn trust.
  • You are a learner. You have a true growth mindset and are obsessed with your own development, actively seeking feedback to become a better partner and a stronger teammate. You love what you do and you do it with purpose.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
  • 5+ years of professional experience in talent intelligence, market mapping, or talent market research
  • Proven ability to marry traditional data analysis methodologies with modern AI platforms, translating raw numbers and algorithmic patterns into macro-level industry trends
  • Hands-on experience with labor market databases and talent insights tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentNeuron, Crunchbase), as well as strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong understanding of how macro-employment trends impact tech hiring, alongside an eagerness to learn the cybersecurity, networking, and cloud sectors, and the ability to articulate project progress or roadblocks in a productive, solution-oriented manner

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience utilizing advanced generative AI tools, predictive talent analytics platforms, or automated web-scraping models to build real-time talent maps and competitive landscape profiles
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth corporate or technology environment
  • Familiarity with the full recruitment lifecycle and core Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse)
