Full Job Description
In this position you will provide full-spectrum Security Management Support to various USAF acquisition programs within the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and Special Operations Forces (ISR/SOF) Directorate, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio.

Essential Job Functions:

Assist with providing a wide range of security management, analytical, technical and support services for programs managed by AFLCMC/WI Directorate, AFLCMC/WIN Division, and specific ISR programs.

Administer physical, information, industrial, personnel, and operations security programs as applied to assigned acquisition activities/systems.

Provide guidance and assistance to integrated process teams in the areas of physical, information, industrial, personnel, operations, and have experience in the acquisitions security disciplines.

Assist in managing a full range Special Access Program(s) (SAP) in accordance with Joint Air Force-Army-Navy (JAFAN) Manuals and programmatic guidance, as applicable. Implement Air Force Special Access Programs Nomination Process (AF SAPNP) and ensure effective program implementation of the Joint Security Implementation Guide/Risk Management Framework.

Assist with providing guidance, recommendations, and assistance to assigned Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO), program managers, supervisors, employees, acquisition SAPs and sensitive activities concerning SAP information, industrial and personnel security matters. Assist with the development of security requirements into SAP contractual commitments, and administratively assist with the coordination of Prime and Sub DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications to the Program Security Office (PSO) Process Guide.

Assist with developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures, Emergency Action Plan and Fixed Facility Checklist in accordance with JAFAN 6/0 and/or program requirements, and assist the assigned GSSO in the annual self-inspection of SAP Facilities.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A High School Diploma or GED plus 20 years of experience, an Associates plus 14 years, a Bachelors plus 12 years, or a Masters and 6 years of experience is required.

Requires a Top Secret clearance (SSBI within the past five years) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI-DCID 6/4) eligibility on the first day of employment.

Applicant selected will be subject to a U.S. Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

This position requires a SPeD (Security Professional Education) Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) on the first day of employment, or must obtain the certification within 1 year of assignment.

A minimum of 4 years of experience with DoD programs/projects.

Possess the ability to understand and assimilate highly complex technical information, and assist in the assessment, operational planning, testing, and transition of technology to support new USAF programs of record.

Experience with data gathering, analysis and entry, logical and systematic application of security management knowledge in an acquisition environment and the use of applicable automated systems.

Desired Skills:

Familiarity with multiple intelligence disciplines to include, but not limited to: Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Hyperspectral Imaging, and Sense and Avoid (SAA) Systems.
