You will develop and maintain the program-level Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), coordinate lower-level schedules across projects and workstreams, provide schedule analysis and executive-level visualizations, and establish disciplined data-management processes for repositories, file control, and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables.

This position is based in El Segundo, CA, and focuses on supporting the Horizon program within the Space C2 Program Management Office. As part of this role, you will be collaborating closely with the Space Systems Command's (SSC) Battle Management Command, Control & Communications (BMC3) Program Office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and control the Program of Record Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), integrating major milestones, acquisition activities, engineering events, software releases, test activities, deliveries, dependencies, and external interfaces into a single authoritative schedule.
• Develop and coordinate lower-level schedules for projects, product teams, technical workstreams, and supporting organizations, ensuring appropriate linkage and traceability to the program-level IMS.
• Perform schedule analysis to identify critical path, schedule drivers, dependencies, constraints, milestones, risks, and potential impacts to program execution; provide actionable schedule insight to Program Managers and senior leadership.
• Develop polished graphical schedule products, roadmaps, milestone charts, executive dashboards, and visual presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint and current scheduling or visualization tools to clearly communicate status, dependencies, risks, and decision points.
• Serve as the program data management focal point by establishing and maintaining structured repositories, folder structures, naming conventions, permissions, version control, and archival practices for program documentation and technical data.
• Develop and enforce data management controls to ensure program files are organized, current, accessible, traceable, and compliant with program, contractual, security, and records-management requirements.
• Manage CDRL workflows, including delivery schedules, submission tracking, receipt, review coordination, comment adjudication, acceptance status, version history, and repository control to ensure contractual deliverables are processed on time.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 8+ years, or PhD with 6+ years of experience in program scheduling, program management, data management, configuration management, acquisition, or related Department of Defense (DoD) program support.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and lower-level project schedules for complex programs, with the ability to integrate activities across multiple organizations and technical workstreams.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office, including the ability to develop professional, executive-level graphical schedule presentations in PowerPoint; familiarity with other current scheduling, dashboard, or data-visualization tools.
• Experience establishing document repositories and implementing disciplined file management, version control, workflow, and process-control practices for program data and contractual deliverables.
• Must have an in-scope security background investigation (T5), adjudicated for SCI eligibility and rolled in the Continuous Vetting program (if applicable).
• Must be willing to be nominated for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Programs and consent to a polygraph examination (as required).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs, Programs of Record, Space Systems Command, or complex software- and systems-integration efforts requiring coordination across government and contractor organizations.
• Experience applying schedule management best practices, including critical path analysis, schedule health assessments, baseline management, variance analysis, dependency management, and integration of contractor schedules into a government program IMS.
• Experience managing CDRLs, Data Item Descriptions (DIDs), deliverable review workflows, data-call tracking, records management, and configuration or document-control processes within a DoD program environment.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with demonstrated ability to convert complex schedule and program information into concise, polished products for technical teams, Program Managers, and senior leadership.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and process-management skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules, data repositories, deliverables, dependencies, and competing priorities concurrently.

Why Join the BMC3I Team?
The BMC3I mission depends on disciplined execution, clear schedule visibility, and reliable program data.
