Full Job Description
We're seeking someone to join our team as a Program Reporting & Governance Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across programs. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining robust data governance standards, overseeing the full lifecycle of program data, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations. The analyst leads the development of business cases for new and ongoing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to justify investments and track outcomes.

A core aspect of this role is producing reports and dashboards that clearly communicate program status to stakeholders and leadership. What you'll do in the role:

1. Data Governance
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of program data, including collection, management, analysis, and enrichment with non-system attributes.
  • Maintain data dictionaries and documentation for consistent reporting.
  • Conduct audits and quality checks to resolve data issues.


2. Business Case Development
  • Lead the creation and refinement of business cases for programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and objectives.
  • Collaborate with program teams, finance, and key stakeholders to gather data, assess feasibility, and articulate the value proposition of proposed initiatives.
  • Develop clear, data-driven justifications for resource allocation, investment decisions, and program prioritization.
  • Present business cases to leadership, incorporating financial analysis, risk assessment, and anticipated outcomes to support informed decision-making.
  • Track the implementation and impact of approved business cases, providing follow-up analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in the creation of business cases for new programs.


3. Program Reporting & Analysis
  • Develop, produce, and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports that provide actionable insights to program stakeholders and leadership.
  • Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate key metrics, trends, and the program's financial and resourcing status.
  • Ensure reports include clear explanations of variances, adjustments, and underlying drivers, with appropriate footnotes for transparency.
  • Provide program financial and workforce reporting to program owners and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate monthly program reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Communicate changes to the appropriate functional departments to ensure updates are reflected in the firm's systems.

4. Continuous Improvement
  • Collaborate with program teams and stakeholders to understand reporting needs and gather context for results.
  • Facilitate deep-dive sessions to address performance, risks, and corrective actions, ensuring accountability and accurate forecasts.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and best practices, maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
  • Optimize stakeholder engagement and program control through effective communication and regular reviews.


What you'll bring to the role:
