Job Summary:

The Project Manager will serve as the primary Project Manager for the Logistics Smartsheet-to-Power Platform migration, owning day-to-day delivery execution across five Lines of Business and two sites in Bristol, PA and Estenfeld, Germany. The role reports into the AppDev delivery structure and coordinates with Logistics leadership and the engagement team. The Project Manager will own the project plan and delivery cadence across Mobilization, Design, MVP Build, Expansion, Migration, and Go-Live while coordinating a distributed delivery team, managing stakeholders, driving governance, and ensuring delivery, budget, resource, approval, and signoff requirements are completed. The role operates in a regulated GxP/CSV environment where documentation, traceability, and signoff discipline are required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the integrated project plan and delivery schedule across all six project phases.
• Establish and maintain the project delivery cadence and ensure the plan remains current and accurate.
• Coordinate the distributed delivery team, including AppDev onshore resources, five offshore developers, and consulting resources.
• Manage the Logistics stakeholder group across Bristol, PA and Estenfeld, Germany.
• Coordinate SME availability for discovery, design validation, and UAT activities.
• Run project governance, including scope control, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, action follow-through, and escalation.
• Own Leadership and SteerCo reporting and provide accurate visibility into project status.
• Track budget consumption and resource allocation against the project plan in coordination with the AppDev Manager.
• Drive approvals and signoffs to closure with designated RACI owners.
• Coordinate sprint and backlog activities in Azure DevOps against the overall delivery plan.
• Facilitate discovery, design, and validation sessions and ensure outputs, actions, and signoffs are captured.
• Coordinate requirements and process-map signoff packages with the appropriate approvers.
• Coordinate Architecture Review Board (ARB) submissions and approvals.
• Track resource and budget consumption against forecasts.
• Develop and coordinate the UAT plan and execution for the MVP and subsequent releases.
• Develop and manage migration and cutover plans, including Smartsheet parallel-run and deprecation sequencing.
• Coordinate go-live readiness and post-go-live support transition activities.
• Maintain the RAID log, decision and assumption register, project backlog, and other governance artifacts.
• Drive decisions and open actions to formal closure rather than simply tracking them.
• Identify and escalate project slippage, risks, and issues early.
• Manage scope and challenge scope creep when necessary.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with strong delivery ownership across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience owning the authoritative view of project plan, scope, status, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and open actions.
• Strong organizational discipline with the ability to maintain accurate and trusted project plans, RAID logs, decision registers, and backlogs.
• Exceptional governance and reporting skills, including the ability to produce accurate Leadership and SteerCo reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple business functions, sites, vendors, and senior leadership levels.
• Assertive delivery ownership with the ability to drive decisions and actions to closure.
• Ability to hold stakeholders and delivery owners accountable to committed dates and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ability to push back on scope creep and challenge stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, when required.
• Experience coordinating distributed onshore, offshore, and consulting delivery teams.
• Experience with project planning, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, resource management, budget tracking, and escalation.
• Experience coordinating UAT, migration, cutover, go-live readiness, and post-go-live transition activities.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for sprint and backlog coordination.
• Strong documentation, traceability, and signoff discipline.
• Ability to operate effectively within a regulated GxP/CSV environment.
• Ability to ramp up quickly on a project and absorb an existing knowledge base through formal handoff and knowledge transfer.
• Strong ability to work with named SMEs when domain-specific knowledge is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Logistics processes or related business environments.
• Experience with Smartsheet-to-Power Platform migrations or similar enterprise platform migrations.
• Experience working across geographically distributed sites and teams.
• Experience managing complex enterprise technology transformation projects.
• Experience working with Architecture Review Boards and formal governance gates.
• Experience in regulated environments requiring GxP/CSV documentation, traceability, and formal approvals.
