OverviewEmbed and partner with functional leadership and their teams to develop a deep understanding of the business domain, provide support and guidance for standard North America Deployment (NAD) and S&T processes and tools, and ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of investments-from strategy and the annual operating plan (AOP) through demand management, ongoing program/project health, audit readiness, deployment, and closure.
Responsibilities- Own two NAD functional domains. Partner with domain leaders and their teams to understand business needs and provide end-to-end support for standard NA Deployment and S&T processes and tools, ensuring successful delivery of investments from demand intake through project closure.
- Own the NAD Objectives and Key Results (OKR) process. Facilitate the current Excel-based cycle each period, lead implementation of the Goals and Targets replacement tool in ServiceNow/SPM and serve as the point of contact for ongoing process improvements and support.
- Partner with NAD leadership, S&T Finance, Accounting Services Group, Process Excellence & Transformation, and other stakeholders as needed to execute the Enterprise Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and objectives-setting activities.
- Facilitate timely execution of NAD processes and coach associates on best practices to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and adherence to organizational standards of excellence.
- Apply advanced Program/Project Management expertise to independently execute and facilitate complex tasks and initiatives; identify and implement solutions to complex problems requiring investigation and analysis.
- Support the implementation of PMO standards, tools, and methodologies.
- Lead development of templates, guidelines, and supporting documentation.
- Support NA Deployment All-Hands, operational reviews, and leadership offsites as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.

• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications- 4 - 5 years of project and portfolio management experience
