RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: Relocation assistance may be available CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR START: No CLEARANCE TYPE: Secret TRAVEL: Yes, 10% of the Time Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has opportunities for Program Planning and Scheduling Analysts (Level 3 or Level 4) to join our team in San Diego, California. The selected candidates will join our scheduling team to: - Prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. - Ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. - Track plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. - Use Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. This position may be filled at either the Level 3 or Level 4 Program Planning and Scheduling Analysts depending upon candidates, skills, knowledge, abilities and experience. Level 3 Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors degree AND 5 years of qualifiable professional/military experience or a Masters Degree and 3 years of experience. - Must have the ability to obtain and maintain U.S.Government Secret Clearance within a reasonable amount of time, as determined by the program to meet business needs. - Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs. - Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) Level 4 Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors degree AND 8 years of qualifiable professional/military experience or a Masters degree and 6 years of experience. - Must have the ability to obtain and maintain U.S.Government Secret Clearance within a reasonable amount of time, as determined by the program to meet business needs. - Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs. - Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) Preferred Qualifications: - Active U.S.Government Secret Clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation). Primary Level Salary Range: $103,600.00 - $155,400.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $129,300.00 - $193,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
