Job DescriptionYou will be the Program Planner (Level 2) for the Air Mobility & Maritime Missions (AMMM) Planning team which is responsible for delivering integrated schedule support across C-130J, LM-100J, C-5 Galaxy, and P-3 Orion programs.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Program Planner (Level 2) you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Program Summary Master Schedules for new and existing AMMM initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create and update IMS/PSMS, establishing and adjusting the critical path as program scope evolves.
- Identify schedule variances, investigate off-schedule tasks, and document corrective actions for stakeholders.
- Produce narrative support and metrics for proposals, sustainment plans, and "what-if" scenario analyses.
- Conduct independent network analyses and quality assessments to ensure compliance with program performance standards.
- Represent the organization in stakeholder briefings, clearly communicating schedule impacts and recommended mitigations.

Basic Qualifications- Experience with integrated planning and scheduling
- Experience in writing / managing overall project plans and coordinating with individuals and management within the program/company.
- Knowledge of / understanding of cost and schedule integration.
- Experience in Microsoft Office products (Excel and PowerPoint).
Desired skills- Excellent communication /interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan, Oracle Primavera or similar scheduling software.
- Scheduling experience including Critical Path Methodology (CPM) / network scheduling experience.
- Knowledge of AMMM/C-130 Manufacturing/Fabrication, and Engineering processes.
- Ability to teach others, showing the impact/value of the group's products / services.
- LEAN or Six Sigma training or certification.
- Experience in problem resolution.
- Project or Program Management experience.
- Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Proposal development experience
- Schedule Risk Assessment experience.

Ability to work remotelyPart-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $63,800 - $112,470. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
