Job Description:
The person in this role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, focusing on improving organizational effectiveness and employee/team performance. You will design and implement systemic interventions to enhance organizational health, streamline operational workflows, and lead initiatives that align with the long-term strategic goals of Electronic Combat Solutions

Key Responsibilities
Improving team effectiveness to position for business growth
  • Facilitate workshops with program teams to identify areas of opportunity and challenge and provide recommendations based on input
  • Conduct capability assessments to identify program management capabilities and gaps
  • Design and facilitate team-building interventions and high-performance team workshops.


Required Skills and Education

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a dedicated OD or Management Consulting role, preferably within a large-scale engineering or defense environment.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
  • Systems Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" and understand how a change in one area of the business impacts others.
  • Facilitation: Expert-level ability to lead workshops and meetings with senior leadership.
  • Influence: Ability to navigate a complex, matrixed organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential organizational data and strategic shifts
