Job DescriptionRole Overview - Capture Team LeaderThe Electronic Attack Solutions Capture Team Leader champions new capability introductions at the pace of mission need. This position works in harmony with executing Contracted Research and Development (CRAD) projects focused on next-generation capabilities.
The goal of that collaboration is force multiplication. The successful candidate will:
- Build and execute capture strategies that draw on technology and expertise internally and from across industry.
- Shape internal investments.
- Partner with the CRAD team to ensure alignment with customer objectives.
In short, you will be the programmatic architect of next generation capabilities.

Required Skills and EducationCategoryMinimum RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.Experience8 + years of progressive capture, business development, or program management experience in defense aerospace. Direct exposure with electronic warfare is highly desirable.ClearanceAbility to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance (or existing clearance).Core Skills• Capture planning and strategy development
