Full Job Description
Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a project or aspects of projects. Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security.

Required Skills and Education

  • Knowledge of defense contract type and the risk associated with each
  • Ability to work with financial analysts to achieve all financial objectives for the program
  • Strong communication skills both internal and customer facing
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams (ie Engineering, Finance, Operations, etc.) in the execution of complex technical tasks


Preferred Skills and Education

  • Master's degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAWIA Level II/III
  • Experience leading Earned Value programs
  • Have taken negotiation, stake holder management, leadership or export controls courses
  • Working knowledge developing proposals for new business pursuits
