Program Manager
Project Manager II
UST is searching for an experienced Program Manager responsible for managing end-to-end cloud transformation initiatives using Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
The opportunity:
• Leads migration programs from assessment, discovery, and planning through migration, cutover, and hypercare.
• Drives program governance, sprint planning, backlog management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams across Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, SRE, Application Development, and AWS stakeholders.
• Oversees migration wave planning, application portfolio assessment, AWS MAP execution, and landing zone adoption.
• Manages program scope, budget, schedules, risks, issues, and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitates Agile ceremonies, stakeholder workshops, architecture reviews, and decision-making forums.
• Ensures compliance, security, operational readiness, and cloud governance standards are met throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align migration roadmaps with strategic objectives.
• Drives continuous improvement, cloud adoption, and organizational change management initiatives.

What you need:
• 12+ years of IT delivery experience and expertise in leading large-scale AWS cloud migration and modernization programs.
• Experienced in business case development, TCO analysis, and cloud cost optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• AWS and PMP/Agile certifications are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, FinOps, DevOps, CI/CD, and Well-Architected Framework principles.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Hybrid-Virginia
Compensation Range: $102,000-$153,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
