Overview:
TBS is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead the execution of the U.S. Marine Corps Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) New Equipment Training Team (NETT) support contract. This key leadership role will oversee all contract performance, staff readiness, and client engagement activities at Camp Pendleton and Camp Lejeune.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the single point of contact for the government customer regarding contract performance
  • Oversee hiring, training readiness, and deployment of all NETT instructional and support staff
  • Ensure compliance with PWS requirements and deliverable timelines
  • Monitor financial, staffing, and operational metrics for the contract
  • Lead Program Management Plan development and monthly progress reporting

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 7+ years of program/project management experience in defense training or logistics programs
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale government contracts (preferably DoD/USMC)
  • Secret clearance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:
