Responsibilities

The Project Manager oversees and allocates work assignments and functions to support a program, research project, department or other business unit. The incumbent will:

  • Support integration of RN Prescribing into the Undergraduate programs, with a goal of approval for 2028-2029
  • Support IQAP report, program refreshing
  • Support Post RN primary care evaluation model review
  • Support NP Program modifications


Education:
- Graduated Degree in Nursing, PHD Preferred

Qualifications:
  • Extensive understanding of Western's Nursing curriculum and programs
  • Working knowledge of IQAP standards
  • Experience with CASN and CNO program approval and accreditation processes
  • Extensive research experience with the field of Nursing
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience facilitating groups, achieving consensus
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate a large project to completion
