ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager oversees and allocates work assignments and functions to support a program, research project, department or other business unit. The incumbent will:
- Support integration of RN Prescribing into the Undergraduate programs, with a goal of approval for 2028-2029
- Support IQAP report, program refreshing
- Support Post RN primary care evaluation model review
- Support NP Program modifications
Education:
- Graduated Degree in Nursing, PHD Preferred
Qualifications:
- Extensive understanding of Western's Nursing curriculum and programs
- Working knowledge of IQAP standards
- Experience with CASN and CNO program approval and accreditation processes
- Extensive research experience with the field of Nursing
- Strong project management skills
- Experience facilitating groups, achieving consensus
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate a large project to completion
