Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field and 7+ years of experience, or 14+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to travel occasionally (less than 10%).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required; visa support available for internal candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TrukFix ERS program and support its relaunch and growth.
• Act as primary contact between software providers, national accounts, and dealer partners.
• Manage vendor relationships and system integrations.
• Oversee API integrations and system maintenance, ensuring cybersecurity alignment.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to implement standards and drive program adoption.
• Support national account onboarding and service provider participation.
• Monitor performance metrics and partner with field teams for service quality improvements.
• Track program health and KPIs using data insights.
