Full Job Description
The Opportunity

Join Adobe as a Program Manager, Transformation, where you will play a pivotal role in driving impactful technology initiatives. This high-utility, flexible role is a great fit for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and can swiftly adapt to new domains. You will work within a small team of program leaders, contributing to enterprise transformation programs and establishing guidelines that ensure future transformations are repeatable and reliable. Your expertise will be crucial in determining where your skills can yield the greatest benefit to Adobe.

The scope here is broad. You will lead transformation programs end-to-end and, as the portfolio demands, take on specialized responsibilities that span data migration and end-to-end business architecture. You should be equally comfortable ramping on an unfamiliar program and building the reusable standards that make the next program start further ahead.
What You'll Do
  • Take ownership of transformation programs or workstreams as they arise, ramping quickly and establishing structure, cadence, and momentum.
  • Partner with FTMO leadership, business users, and technical teams to understand the vision, objectives, and scope of each initiative.
  • Curate program timelines, roadmaps, and governance - meeting cadence, RAID logs, status reporting, and key artifacts (steering, operating committee, wiki/SharePoint).
  • Coordinate execution across multi-disciplinary teams; proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
  • Drive decisions and clear, accurate communication across technical and business audiences.
  • Flex across the delivery lifecycle - planning, execution, cutover, Hypercare, and decommissioning - depending on where the program needs support.
  • Measure adoption and impact post-release (30/60/90-day check-ins) and feed insights back into the portfolio.
  • Adopt and reinforce FTMO best-practice playbooks (migration, cutover, testing, Hypercare, environment/process architecture) on every program, and contribute improvements back to the standard.
  • On programs that require it, own data migration end-to-end (strategy, plan, ETL cycles, reconciliation, and sign-off) as the single point of accountability, and build the reusable enterprise migration standard that future programs adopt.
  • When assigned, orchestrate end-to-end business architecture - sequencing environment readiness across the program lifecycle and designing the business process hand-offs across workstreams so the assembled program delivers a coherent end-to-end experience.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA a plus. PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, or CSM a plus.
  • 5+ years of program management experience in the software or related technology industry, across a range of program types.
  • Proven ability to ramp quickly on unfamiliar domains and deliver in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Experience managing teams of business and technical resources.
  • Fluency across Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, tailoring the approach for each program.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms (SAP S/4 HANA, Dynamics 365, or equivalent) a plus.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful, with a creative approach to problem-solving in a collaborative culture.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
