  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, work breakdown structures (WBS), and consolidated program schedules.
  • Manage program budgets exceeding $1 million, including forecasting, financial tracking, and risk mitigation.
  • Facilitate recurring governance meetings, executive status reviews, risk assessments, and issue resolution sessions.
  • Coordinate with operational and technical leaders to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
  • Lead go-live activities, readiness assessments, activation planning, and Go/No-Go decision support.
  • Monitor program performance, dependencies, and resource allocations across multiple projects.
  • Drive executive-level reporting and portfolio prioritization activities.
  • Leverage tools such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and Google Workspace to track, analyze, and communicate program performance.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, PgMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent project/program management certification.
  • Experience supporting or overseeing EHR implementations, application integrations, or healthcare IT transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated success managing program budgets exceeding $1 million.
  • Experience leading and mentoring project managers within a program structure.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with external vendors, partners, and consulting organizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while driving strategic outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
