Responsibilities - Oversee technical risk strategies and due diligence across a complex regional portfolio of data center developments.
- Drive program execution that directly impacts fleet capacity Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and orchestrate infrastructure deployment projects.
- Intervene in highly critical escalations and lead high-stakes negotiations with external authorities, utility providers, and land developers.
- Identify systemic process breakdowns between acquisition, real estate, and construction.
- Identify blockers for data center construction and development, and lead cross-functional efforts to durably resolve issues.
