Full Job Description
The Manager/Senior Manager - Store Experience & Activation plays a critical role in bringing strategic initiatives to life in a way that is simple, scalable, and tailored to the unique needs of diverse frontline leadership levels. This role is focused on simplifying processes, optimizing team member experience, and enabling field execution excellence through differentiated and actionable tools, processes, and communications. With a sharp eye on usability and impact, this leader helps bridge strategic vision with day-to-day execution, ensuring initiatives not only launch effectively-but are sustained across the organization to drive sustainable growth. 1. Go-to Market Design and Optimization 35% - In partnership with operations and senior brand leadership, leads the end-to-end design and deployment of field-facing strategic initiatives, with a strong focus on simplification, clarity, and usability. - Development of and manage a streamlined, team-member-informed Go-to-Market (GTM) process that ensures initiatives are easy to adopt and relevant at every level of the field-store team, field leadership, and regional leadership. - Partner with cross-functional teams (Central and Brand Ops, Training, CX, brand marketing and merchandising, etc.) to tailor activation strategies that align with the unique needs of each leadership tier. 2. Team Member Experience Optimization 35% - Through a holistic understanding of operational landscape (i.e. systems, tools, etc.), identify opportunities to reduce complexity in store tools, processes, and communication workflows. - Lead efforts to simplify and enhance day-to-day team member experiences to enable better focus on customer engagement and operational excellence. - Use both data and frontline feedback loops to identify pain points, discover unmet needs, and develop practical, differentiated solutions for various leadership levels. 3. Differentiated Solutions for Leadership Levels 20% - Recognize that one-size-fits-all approaches are ineffective-design scalable programs that consider the capabilities, accountabilities, and focus areas of individual contributors, Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional leaders, delivered across varied audiences and formats (i.e. digitally-delivered modules, in-person conferences, etc). - Develop support tools and execution guides tailored to the specific needs of each leadership level to increase initiative adoption and sustainability. 4. Iterative Improvement & Feedback Integration - 5% - Implement a continuous feedback loop with field partners and internal business partners to refine initiatives based on usability, adoption, and performance. - Facilitate test-and-learn pilots to validate assumptions and improve initiative rollouts before full deployment. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration - 5% - Serve as a critical connector between strategy and field execution-working closely with field leaders, operations, training, and brand teams to align and execute experience-driving initiatives. - Advocate for the voice of the team member in all cross-functional planning and design efforts.
