Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 2 years in program management.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, including facilitation of Program Increment (PI) Planning.
• Proficient in Jira for dashboard creation, capacity planning, and dependency mapping.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint for document management and team collaboration.
• Strong skills in process documentation using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
• Ability to create reporting dashboards using Power BI, integrating data from various sources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program-level activities, ensuring timely execution and risk management.
• Support multiple projects by providing governance and reporting frameworks.
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning and strategic alignment across teams.
• Proactively identify and address cross-functional hurdles and risks to program goals.
• Manage documentation processes including SOPs and governance frameworks.
• Build and maintain SharePoint sites for effective team collaboration and document management.
• Create and manage custom dashboards and reports to monitor program health and KPIs.
