Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing large capital projects in the pharma or bio industries
• Strong knowledge of the capital project lifecycle and FEL process
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets exceeding $100MM
• Exceptional social and diplomacy skills for stakeholder engagement
• Proven leadership experience in multi-departmental project management
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale animal vaccine manufacturing facility
• Manage project budget, schedule, and resources for timely execution
• Coordinate efforts of engineering, operations, quality, validation, and regulatory teams
• Interface with architects, EPC firms, contractors, and equipment suppliers
• Establish project governance and risk management frameworks
• Influence executive level stakeholders in decision making processes
