POSITION SUMMARYThe role is primarily for a Program Manager overseeing cloud IT solutions, however other projects (Infrastructure) may be assigned. Role focusing on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. Responsibilities include managing all project phases, ensuring successful migrations and deployments. Required skills are expertise in cloud architecture, networking, security, MS Suite integration, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management. The candidate should explain technical concepts clearly, have recent MSP and project management experience, handle multiple tasks, and pursue ongoing learning and certifications. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure, vendor management, risk assessment, mentoring, and career growth are important. Preferred certifications: PMP, Agile, MS 365 Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, bachelor's degree; experience with ConnectWise Manage is a plus. The salary for this position is
$100,000. This is a
remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage Client communications
- Review project scopes and financial setup
- Set timelines & expectations
- Schedule project resources to complete project work
- Monitor project milestones and progress
- Submit/execute change orders as needed
- Consult with in-house subject matter experts
- Ensure project resourcing enters time into correct tickets/phases
- Review project documentation for completeness
- Have final say on project completion
DESIRED SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE- PM Experience 3 years+ with a focus on cloud technologies
- Recent MSP Experience 2 years+
- Microsoft 365 Experience/Exposure
- Microsoft Azure Experience/Exposure
- Proficiency in managing IT solutions projects from start to finish
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure to assist with Risk assessment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and project timelines effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive attitude and a desire to continuously improve skillsets through industry certifications
- Ability to interpret, process, and deliver on a scope of work
