Job Description for Program Manager:
Customer relationship management by strategic account planning, business development, and customer satisfaction.
In collaboration with sales and delivery teams, identify business opportunities by interacting with existing and new customers at various levels, contributing to business growth.
Responsible for achieving revenue targets per budget and business ask.
Map current/new customers to various business groups for account mining
Regular follow-up with customers on the new opportunities
Work on proactive business proposals along with delivery and sales
Preparing business case for new projects, presenting viable proposals for approval
Pursue with customers for approval of business proposals till PO is issued
Work with Talent acquisition and delivery teams for timely resource fulfillment and support onboarding of new hires
