Program Manager, RN - Crisis Residence Crisis Residence • Philadelphia, PA • Full-time
This is a combined position: the Program Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the residence and serves as the registered nurse on the unit.
Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operation of the program and supervise unit staff, including Psych Techs.
- Evaluate and assess clients for admission, and complete intake assessments for new admissions.
- Provide nursing care, including vital signs, symptom assessment, and medication administration records.
- Manage medical and medication goals within clients' treatment plans, and serve as liaison with physicians.
- Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention.
- Conduct concurrent reviews with CBH and complete all required documentation.
- Link clients with social service, housing, and health resources.
- Participate in on-call coverage.
Requirements- Current Pennsylvania R.N. license.
- Master's degree in a Human Services-related field.
- Two to four years of psychiatric crisis experience.
- Experience working with chronically mentally ill adults, preferably in a residential setting.
- Acceptable PA criminal history, FBI clearance, and Child Abuse clearance prior to hire.
Schedule and Compensation- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with on-call coverage.
- Salary: $105,000 to $110,000.
