Responsibilities

  • Support PMs across multiple VM programs
  • Lead portfolio management processes and status visibility
  • Identify cost drivers, trends, and variances; communicate insights to leadership

  • Support forecasting, tracking, variance analysis, cost reporting
  • Prepare materials for Operational Command Center and financial reviews
  • Manage change control processes and documentation
  • Build strong relationships with Operations teams
  • Participate in weekly/monthly operational reviews
  • Understand field operations to connect PMO, finance, and ops drivers
  • Advance PMO process maturity
  • Maintain documentation libraries, SharePoint, RACI, and standardized workflows

Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Program Management
  • Support PMs across multiple VM programs
  • Lead portfolio management processes and status visibility
  • Identify cost drivers, trends, and variances; communicate insights to leadership
  • Proactively assess portfolio risks and opportunities
Financial Management
  • Partner with BA/Finance lead
  • Support forecasting, tracking, variance analysis, cost reporting
  • Prepare materials for Operational Command Center and financial reviews
Change Control
  • Manage change control processes and documentation
  • Coordinate unit/funding shifts across programs
  • Ensure governance approvals
Operational Support
  • Build strong relationships with Operations teams
  • Participate in weekly/monthly operational reviews
  • Understand field operations to connect PMO, finance, and ops drivers
Executive & Operational Reporting
  • Prepare catch-back plans and WMP deliverables
  • Coordinate inputs across PMs, finance, and leadership
Process Improvement
  • Advance PMO process maturity
  • Maintain documentation libraries, SharePoint, RACI, and standardized workflows
Qualifications
Required

Benefits & Salary:
  • This position pays between $110,000- $140,000 annually, depending on education and experience level, and is an exempt position. The specific amount within this range will be influenced by the work location and various factors, such as internal equity, professional skills, work experience, and pertinent education or training.
  • Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
  • Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
  • May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
