Job Requirements

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 15 years of experience in engineering domain to lead and manage a large onsite team of approximately 50 members while serving as the primary customer interface. This role requires strong leadership, KPI-driven execution, customer management experience, and technical understanding at the system level. The candidate should be highly result-oriented and experienced at driving measurable outcomes.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a cross-functional team of onsite resources.
  • Drive program performance using KPI-driven tracking, dashboards, and measurable productivity indicators.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular customer interactions to review program progress and address requirements.
  • Ensure results-oriented execution with clear ownership, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure effective team communication including daily/weekly standups, updates, and issue tracking.
  • Support onsite recruitment activities including candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed status reports on KPIs, risks, issues, achievements, and forecasts.
  • Manage customer expectations and maintain strong relationships through consistent engagement.
  • Coordinate Monthly Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers and senior leadership.
  • Implement governance models with KPI tracking, SLA adherence, and performance metrics.
  • Handle escalations, root-cause analysis, and action planning.
  • Possess strong high-level technical understanding of system-level design, development, and testing.
  • Support the team in technical problem-solving by interfacing with right stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to system-level development and validation best practices.

What You will Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • 10+ years of Program/Project management experience in a technology or engineering environment.
  • Proven experience managing large teams in an onsite model.
  • Experience working directly at client locations with strong customer management capability.
  • Strong understanding and practical usage of KPI-driven management, dashboards, and data-based decision making.
  • Highly result-oriented with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong presentation abilities for executive-level reviews and discussions.
  • Manage end-to-end financial processes, including project invoicing, timesheet validation, budgeting, and cost tracking to ensure operational requirements.
  • Experienced in financial analysis and CM calculations to monitor project profitability, identify variances, and drive corrective actions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in system-level product development, validation, and testing.
  • PMP, Agile, or related project management certification.

Experience with onsite-offshore operational models.

Pay Range:$95K- $115K

Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Houston, TX
  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
