POSITION OVERVIEW

Ralph Lauren's Next Generation Transformation (NGT) strategy is a major, multi-year enterprise transformation program focused on modernizing the company's technology, processes, and operating model. This transformation will unlock several strategic outcomes such as global standardization, better data & analytics, omni channel excellence and enable long-term growth strategy.

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Program Manager to lead key programs or initiatives to help modernize core operating systems, standardize business processes, and enable a data-driven, agile enterprise. This role will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery across business and technology domains, supporting the implementation and the redesign of enterprise processes across planning, sourcing, supply chain, finance, omnichannel operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading programs and the ability to drive alignment across stakeholders, business teams, IT, and external partners. They will balance strategic influence with hands-on execution to ensure outcomes are effectively delivered.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive implementation strategy, defining roadmaps, future-state processes, and business-technology alignment
• Lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives, managing scope, timelines, budget, and milestones to ensure successful execution
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, governing value streams from concept to launch
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and enhance decision-making, partnering across business and technology to embed capabilities and measure impact
• Establish and scale an enterprise AI knowledge base, promoting best practices, use cases, and adoption to enable teams to effectively leverage AI across the organization
• Establish strong governance, ensuring quality, standards, and program controls are maintained
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery approaches to optimize outcomes
• Own stakeholder engagement, leading communication, reporting, and decision-making
• Enable change management, business readiness, and adoption across go-live phases
• Oversee vendors and system integrators, managing performance, budgets, and resources
