What is the Opportunity?

Join our team as a Program Manager and help shape the next generation of branch leadership. In this role you will design and deliver training that equips Branch Managers and Associate Branch Managers with the skills and strategies they need to lead effectively, inspire their teams, and drive real results for their branches and clients. In this strategic role, you'll build scalable learning solutions that accelerate leadership excellence and drive organizational impact.

What Will You Do?
  • Execute a Strategic Curriculum - Provide comprehensive training for Associate Branch Managers on key priorities including people management, team development, business development/recruiting, risk management & oversight, and branch growth.
  • Facilitate High-Impact Learning Experiences - Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for Branch Managers and Associate Branch Managers, that inspire leadership excellence and drive adoption of firm strategic initiatives.
  • Build Coaching and Mentoring Capabilities - Create practical coaching frameworks and resources that enable Associate Branch Managers to effectively mentor Investment Advisors, Advisor team members, and branch & operations team members.
  • Enable Advisor Team Excellence - Support Branch Managers and Associate Branch Managers in executing their people management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, employee recognition, and talent development through targeted enablement and resource development.
  • Drive Change Management and Adoption - Partner with regional and head office leadership to identify capability gaps, champion new technology rollouts, and guide Branch leaders through organizational change, ensuring smooth implementation and sustained behavior change.
  • Measure Program Impact and Optimize - Leverage data and feedback to assess training effectiveness, track leadership performance improvements, and continuously refine curriculum based on business results and learner needs.
  • Cultivate Innovation in Leadership Development - Stay current with leadership development best practices and industry trends in Wealth Management; recommend and pilot innovative approaches that modernize the Branch Manager and Associate Branch Manager experience.
  • Thought leadership - create and maintain materials to support the Branch Management training experience.


What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must Have:
  • Post-Secondary Education (College or University)
  • Wealth Management Experience with 5-7 years in wealth management
  • Hands-on leadership experience managing or supporting client-facing professionals
  • Demonstrated understanding of the wealth management landscape, and the regulatory and operational environment in which WM Branch Managers operate
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills; demonstrated ability to influence and motivate high-performing professionals and leaders
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to connect learning initiatives to business outcomes; comfort operating in evolving environments and driving initiatives that align with strategy
  • Willing to travel across Canada


Nice to Have:
  • Training and Program Management experience with the ability to design, develop, and deliver scalable training initiatives.
  • RBC Dominion Securities experience
