The role encompasses day-to-day service delivery oversight, profit and loss (P&L) accountability, resource planning, and executive-level reporting and stakeholder management.

The Program Manager serves as the operational backbone of the practice, translating the VP's strategic vision into disciplined execution across concurrent workstreams. This person works closely with delivery teams, clients, and Netrio's broader leadership to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Portfolio Management
• Own the consolidated project portfolio for the AI Advisory and Transformation Services Practice, maintaining visibility into status, risk, and resource allocation across all active engagements.
• Establish and enforce project management standards, including scope documentation, milestone tracking, change control, and lessons-learned processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and resolve conflicts between concurrent engagements to optimize throughput and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and reporting artifacts for internal leadership and client stakeholders.

Day-to-Day Service Delivery
• Oversee the operational delivery of all advisory, assessment, and transformation engagements, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to Netrio's delivery methodology.
• Serve as the escalation point for delivery issues, working with project leads and clients to resolve blockers and maintain momentum.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across the practice, balancing utilization targets with team development and well-being.
• Implement and refine delivery playbooks, templates, and tooling to improve efficiency and repeatability of service delivery.

P&L Reporting and Financial Management
• Own the practice-level P&L, tracking revenue, cost of delivery, margins, and budget variance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Partner with the VP and finance team to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models for the practice.
• Monitor engagement-level profitability, flagging at-risk projects and recommending corrective actions to protect margins.
• Prepare financial summaries and variance analyses for executive leadership reviews.

Executive Management and Stakeholder Engagement
• Prepare and deliver executive-level program status reports, including portfolio health, financial performance, risk posture, and strategic recommendations.
• Represent the practice in cross-functional leadership meetings, contributing to company-wide planning and strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives, serving as a trusted point of contact for engagement governance and escalation.
• Support the VP in business development activities, including proposal development, SOW creation, and client presentations as needed.

Team Leadership and Development
• Mentor and develop project managers, consultants, and delivery staff within the practice.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
• Contribute to hiring decisions and onboarding processes for new practice team members.

• Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L ownership, budget management, and margin analysis.
• Proven ability to build and deliver executive-level reports and presentations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate effectively across technical, business, and executive audiences.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification.

Preferred
• Experience in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, or digital transformation service delivery.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, EU AI Act) and their application in enterprise settings.
• Background working within or alongside MSP/MSSP organizations.
