Program Manager - Multiple LevelsAbout the Opportunity
We're growing our Program Management team and are looking for talented professionals across a range of experience levels - from Program Managers ready to take on larger, more complex initiatives to experienced Senior Program Managers who can lead highly complex, cross-functional client programs.
Our Program Managers are at the center of delivery, connecting strategy to execution and helping Product, Domain, Engineering, and client teams stay aligned and moving forward.
Depending on your experience and level, you may coordinate individual workstreams, manage integrated program plans, facilitate cross-functional delivery, identify and resolve dependencies and risks, communicate with client and internal stakeholders, or lead execution across large, complex technology implementations.

- Develop and manage delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across assigned workstreams or programs
- Coordinate activities across Product, Domain, Engineering, Data, Integration, and other teams
- Translate program priorities into clear, executable plans and actions
- Track progress against milestones and commitments, identifying potential delays or gaps early
- Help ensure requirements, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities are appropriately sequenced
- Drive follow-through and accountability to keep programs moving forward
Cross-Functional Coordination- Coordinate across technical and functional teams to manage dependencies and maintain alignment
- Facilitate program meetings, planning sessions, standups, dependency reviews, and other delivery cadences
- Ensure decisions, action items, owners, and next steps are clearly documented and followed through
- Identify gaps or misalignment between business requirements, technical implementation, and delivery timelines
- Build strong working relationships across Product, Engineering, Domain, client, and business teams
Issue & Risk Management- Identify, document, track, and help resolve program risks, issues, dependencies, and blocker
- Maintain appropriate program management tools, including RAID logs and delivery trackers
- Proactively surface risks before they impact downstream activities or delivery milestones
- Coordinate with appropriate teams to drive issue resolution and remove blocker
- Escalate significant risks with clear context, potential impact, and recommended next steps
Stakeholder Communication- Provide clear and consistent communication regarding program status, priorities, risks, dependencies, and decisions
- Prepare status updates, program reporting, and executive or client-facing materials appropriate to your level
- Translate complex delivery or technical information into clear, actionable updates
- Support or lead stakeholder meetings and governance forums
- Maintain transparency and visibility into overall delivery health
Delivery & Accountability- Track ownership and completion of program deliverables and commitments
- Monitor program health, milestones, dependencies, risks, and execution status
- Proactively identify areas where delivery is falling behind plan and help drive corrective action
- Work across teams to solve problems and keep delivery moving
- Support a culture of urgency, collaboration, accountability, and strong execution
What We're Looking ForWe're interested in candidates at multiple stages of their Program Management career. You may be a fit if you bring some combination of:
- Experience in program management, project management, technology delivery, implementation, or a related discipline
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple workstreams, priorities, or dependencies
- Ability to create and maintain project or program plans, milestones, risks, issues, and action items
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to bring structure to complex or evolving initiatives
- Experience identifying risks, resolving blockers, and driving teams toward decisions and outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with Product, Engineering, Business/Domain, Data, QA, or other technology teams
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and competing priorities
- Experience with Agile software delivery and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus
- Experience with enterprise technology implementations, system integrations, or platform-based solutions is a plus
U.S. citizenship is required. Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following areas is a plus, but not required for every level:
- Government or public-sector programs
- Regulated industries
- Lending, grants, credit, or financial services
- Enterprise software or SaaS implementations
- Financial systems or payment platforms
- System integrations and data migration
- High-growth or rapidly scaling technology organizations
