Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in program management.
  • Strong knowledge of AI and ML technologies.
  • Proven experience in issue handling and resolution at the engagement level.
  • Background in data management, including Teradata and ETL tools.
  • Knowledge or exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud services is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first escalation point for all project-related issues.
  • Manage risk at the engagement level and ensure compliance with SLAs.
  • Conduct periodic status updates and project reviews with customer managers.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for project resources.
  • Lead capacity planning and project pipeline reviews with the client.
  • Track process improvements and suggest necessary changes.
  • Manage vendor resource backup planning to ensure project continuity.

Program Manager

Mandatory Skills

  • Clarity time sheet management
  • SLA metrics management
  • People management for Vendor onshore team
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding of resources
  • Capacity planning and project pipeline review with customer managers
  • Vendor resource back up planning
  • Suggest and track process changes and improvements
  • Should have data related background like Teradata and knowledge of ETL tool
  • Knowledge / exposure to GCP or any other cloud will be added advantage
