Full Job Description
Position Title: Program Manager - Moonshot

Location: Peachtree Corners, GA (Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the Moonshot program within our low voltage Electrical Products business unit. This role is a key part of the greater Program Management team within the Electrical Apparatus segment and will be pivotal in continuing to develop and execute our strategy for the Moonshot business. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for a high-impact, high-visibility, dynamic, customer-facing role responsible for driving revenue growth, margin expansion and strategic account penetration.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess excellent communication, presentation and teamwork skills, have experience successfully leading cross-functional projects/programs and possess the capability to develop and leverage impactful customer relationships. Key metrics for the role include customer satisfaction, order intake, revenue, profit & on-time delivery.

You will make an impact with the following responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:
  • Own customer relationship
  • Identification and pursuit of account growth opportunities
  • Drive contractual compliance and accountability
  • Pricing proposal creation & submission
  • Order pipeline forecasting

Program Leadership & Strategy:
  • End-to-end ownership of program success
  • Define and execute programming strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Scale program to support future capacity obligations
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management - internal and external

Commercial Performance:
  • Contract commercial negotiation
  • Pricing strategy & negotiation
  • Drive order intake, revenue realization & margin performance

Operations & Execution:
  • Allocation of capacity to specific customer projects
  • Support cross-functional execution across Operations, PMO, FPM, AE, OE, BE, etc
  • Issue escalation & resolution

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering management or business.
  • 10+ years of experience in professional work environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in the electrical products industry with demonstrated skills and results in managing projects and/or programs.
  • Highly motivated and possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a track record of effective stakeholder management.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong business acumen and decision-making aptitude, with the ability to analyze financial data and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Executive presence and the ability to engage with senior leadership and external partners confidently.
  • Proficiency with MS-Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (less than 25%).
  • Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in business, engineering, or engineering management.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, product management or business development, preferably in the electrical equipment or datacenter industry.
  • Proven experience and demonstrated results in the data center electrical projects space (product, project & teams).
  • Experience and measurable success in managing customer relationships.
  • Experience identifying, qualifying and developing long-term relationships with external partners/suppliers.
  • Strong technical understanding of low voltage electrical equipment in the data center industry, including switchboards, ATS, UPS, transformers, etc.

The pay range for this position is $120,666 - $206,856. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

The pay range for this position is $120,666 - $206,856 annually with a target incentive of 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
