PROGRAM MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY

The Program Manager is an experienced, execution-focused role responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale, multi-channel cooperative (co-op) programs for travel and tourism clients. This role supports integrated marketing programs that include paid media as well as owned and partner channels such as website content, landing pages, and other creative elements. Combining strong operational rigor with account-service instincts, the Program Manager manages complex, high-volume programs involving multiple participating partners, internal teams, and external vendors. Serving as a central operational hub, this role ensures programs are set up, launched, and supported accurately across channels, while also identifying opportunities to strengthen processes and improve delivery at scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage end-to-end execution of cooperative marketing programs, ensuring successful launch and ongoing performance across a high volume of participating partners and channels
  • Oversee paid media activations by coordinating campaign setup, launch readiness, and ongoing support with media vendors, platform partners, and internal teams
  • Support execution of non-media program components-such as website content placements, landing pages, and supporting creative elements -by coordinating timelines, dependencies, and approvals across internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all contractual, programmatic, and channel-specific requirements are met consistently across partners and vendors
  • Serve as a primary liaison between internal teams, client stakeholders, and external media and activation partners
  • Maintain clear documentation, trackers, and status updates to manage complex, high-volume programs efficiently
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align on workflows, dependencies, timelines, and priorities across channels
  • Identify execution risks, pacing or delivery issues, and process gaps; escalate appropriately and recommend solutions
  • Communicate regularly with senior team members on program status, risks, performance considerations, and opportunities for optimization


REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-5+ years of experience in agency project management, account services, media operations, or integrated campaign management
  • Proven success managing high-volume, multi-partner programs across paid and/or owned marketing channels
  • Working knowledge of paid media campaign lifecycles, including setup, trafficking inputs, vendor coordination, and delivery
  • Familiarity with executing or supporting owned-channel activations (e.g., website content, partner placements) preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead through coordination and influence (no direct people management required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Experience with project management platforms strongly preferred
