The What

As a Program Manager - Master Data Initiatives, you will be part of a dedicated team and reporting to the Director, Master Data and Process Technology.

What You Will Get To Do
  • Organize, plan, and monitor execution of master data build tasks to support various high-impact corporate programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and refine internal ways of working across pillars within the Master Data group.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, IT, and data governance teams to define deliverables and due dates to ensure alignment with strategic goals and team capacity.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, schedules, and resource allocations for master data initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress, chase issue resolution, and communicate status updates to leadership and project sponsors.
  • Organize the intake of new master data requests for team prioritization, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate change management and training activities to ensure successful adoption of master data solutions.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies related to data integration, migration, and governance.
  • Measure and report on the status and effectiveness of master data projects and their contribution to corporate objectives.
  • Facilitate and coordinate all aspects of Master Data-specific system and process testing

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on data management, data governance, or enterprise systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex data projects in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management best practices.
  • Understands master data management principles, data quality, and data governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with SAP, Salsify, Appian and Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.


What You Get
  • Anticipated compensation for this role is $110,000 - 125,000 in annual base salary. Salary is based on market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to receive a discretionary sales incentive bonus which at target is equal to 10% of salary. All bonuses are subject to plan terms and are based on the achievement of defined objectives. Bonuses are not guaranteed.
