Full Job Description
Technique, Inc. is looking for a Program Manager to join our team at our Jackson, Michigan facility. As a Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional manufacturing programs from initiation through delivery. You will ensure programs meet customer requirements, timelines, quality standards, and financial objectives while serving as the primary point of coordination across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field and brings 5+ years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment. Experience in metal fabrication, stamping, welding, or precision manufacturing is strongly preferred, as is aerospace and defense manufacturing experience. PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, short-lead-time environment
  • Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems
  • Experience in metal fabrication, stamping, welding, or precision manufacturing preferred
  • Aerospace and defense manufacturing experience preferred
  • PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Strong customer-facing experience preferred
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Full-time, on-site position with regular interaction with shop floor operations
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
