Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of program or project management experience.
• Experience in controls, electrical, or mechanical fields.
• Demonstrated experience as a facilities/operations manager or chief engineer in critical facilities.
• Extensive management experience in critical facilities operations, including technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance work orders and coordinate with Data Center Operations teams and vendors.
• Plan and schedule resources for maintenance activities effectively.
• Develop and maintain schedules and resource leveling using CMMS.
• Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules.
• Implement and manage CMMS and work management processes at the site level.
• Collaborate with site planners to optimize maintenance programs globally.
