T-Mobile has an exciting opportunity for an attorney with exceptional analytical and communication skills and a talent for creative problem-solving to provide legal guidance to our dynamic business teams. A successful candidate will be ready to jump into action, working closely with experts across the legal department and business partners to provide practical, strategic legal guidance and design and implement creative, simple solutions to address complex legal and technological challenges. The Legal Operations team is looking for an organized, advanced communicator for T-Mobile's fast-paced Legal Department. As a Program Manager - Legal Affairs you will manage the Legal department's internal training program for professional certifications, internal programs, and transformational AI tool fluency. We're looking for a master communicator and collaborator, with a background in adult learning who can apply those skills to impactful training programs. What you'll do in your role. • Manage a full and ongoing program of Legal professional trainings, trainings on internal department policies and programs, and new company initiatives. • Collaborate with Legal Operations technical staff to create tool trainings for new solutions and launches. • Design and maintain a program to raise the Legal department's AI fluency and provide certifications of proficiency. The experience you'll bring. • Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or related programs. • 2+ years experience creating trainings for adult learners in a corporate environment. • Excellent organizational skills and experience running adult learning programs. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to confidently present across all levels and departments. • Experience with Legal departments is helpful, but a growth mindset and natural curiosity is essential. In this role, you will need to quickly learn legal processes particular to the Company and will be exposed to substantive legal issues. • At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No): Yes DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): No Base Pay Range: $63,800 - $115,100 Corporate Bonus Target: 10% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
