JOB SUMMARY:This position is responsible for leading and managing therapy programs and strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, ensuring performance against KPIs and successful program execution. In addition, this position oversees trade contract deliverables, reporting, and program performance, while addressing escalations and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role leads key projects and contributes to business reviews to support organizational and partner objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Oversee, develop, and manage therapy/service programs for designated pharma partners and/or therapy classes. Manage performance/manufacturer KPI(s), document communications, and assist with any manufacturer escalated issues.
• Develop and manage relationships across the assigned manufacturer organization with the goal of growing the partnership and the KabaFusion share of the business.
• Lead cross-functional team to develop and implement custom programs for pharmaceutical partners and/or for new specialty pharmacy product launches. This includes designing clinical and operational processes to support needs of product, educating the KabaFusion staff to ensure all teams are prepared for new product or service launches.
• Implementation and on-going oversight of trade contract deliverables including data reporting development and issue resolution.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews with manufacturers when requested.
• Work collaboratively to assess and improve key clinical and operational processes within our pharmacies.
• Prepare reports regarding program performance (financial & operational outcomes), ongoing activities, projects, and other reporting needs for customer business review meetings.
• Lead strategically important projects (manufacturer).
• Other related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONSEducation:
• Bachelor's degree in related field required, equivalent professional experience in a relevant industry may also be considered.
Experience
• Previous Specialty Pharmacy Program Management.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers and limited distribution networks.
• Proven success managing strategic partnerships.
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and/or electronic health care record software system preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
• Experience with account management and internal stakeholder collaboration preferred.
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy reimbursement and distribution models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret professional literature and technical procedures.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems.
• Ability to interpret and make inferences from data.
• Good project management skills.
• Ability to respond to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks at one time.
