Organization:

SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley

Position Overview:

Is responsible for the evaluation and improvement of quality programs through facilitation and support of the annual strategic planning process for the program, achievement of growth goals for the program, and shared accountability for the achievement of quality, service, and financial performance goals for the program.

Job Description:

****Please Note: While this position is listed as hybrid, regular in-office attendance is required. Candidates should be prepared to commute to the office on a consistent basis to support team collaboration and business needs.**** 

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

  • Bachelor's: Business Administration or related field


TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 8 years recent relevant experience.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience supporting Care Management, Utilization Management, Care Progression, Patient Flow, or Case Management operations within an acute care health system.

  • Knowledge of Epic, Vizient, or other healthcare analytics and benchmarking platforms, including familiarity with LOS, throughput, discharge planning, and utilization metrics.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
    certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification.

  • Experience leading process improvement and change management initiatives
    using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

  • Experience partnering with executive leaders to develop strategic roadmaps, governance structures, dashboards, and performance improvement initiatives.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning, including group facilitation and plan development.

  • Knowledge and understanding of business plan development, including qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.

  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to interact with a wide variety of internal and external customers, including patients, physicians, payors.

Pay Range is $114,774.40 to $172,161.60 / annual salary

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
