Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in engineering, science, or a related field; 13+ years of program administration experience.
• Technical experience in airborne mission systems, sensor development, and system integration.
• Proficiency in managing and executing software-intensive product development.
• Ability to prepare proposals and execute Government contracts, with knowledge of SAP security processes.
• Experience managing program schedules to meet objectives within budget constraints.
• Proven expertise in program management principles and leadership skills, including organization and coordination.
• Strong problem-solving skills requiring coordination across diverse technologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of assigned programs from conceptualization to completion.
• Lead program delivery from initiation through to customer satisfaction.
• Develop and coordinate plans for program delivery, typically for a single customer.
• Collaborate with technical and management teams to set program objectives.
• Oversee product quality, cost management, and schedule adherence for contracts.
• Act as primary contact for customers regarding cost, schedule, and performance details.
• Identify program challenges and lead efforts to resolve issues effectively.
• Drive new business opportunities and manage existing relationships.
• Capture and execute a portfolio of programs, focusing on classified DoD efforts.
• Lead improvements to infrastructure to support program growth.
