Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in engineering, science, or a related technical field required; equivalency accepted.
• Thirteen or more years of progressively complex program administration experience, including seven years managing programs.
• Technical experience with airborne mission systems, sensor development, system integration, and security.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methods and tools is essential.
• Proven ability to prepare proposals and execute government contracts, with knowledge of SAP security processes.
• Demonstrated skills in managing dynamic program schedules and achieving objectives on time and within budget.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required for effective interfacing with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of program management from initiation to delivery.
• Ensure product quality, cost, schedule, and performance meet contractual obligations.
• Act as the primary customer contact regarding program execution and performance metrics.
• Capture and manage a portfolio of programs and develop proposals for new classified efforts.
• Drive infrastructure improvements to support program growth and efficiency.
• Maintain technical leadership by managing talent acquisition and development within the team.
• Coordinate technologies across program requirements to develop effective solutions.
