Pay Range: $80.00 - $92.00

Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within a dynamic enterprise environment. This role requires a strong leader who can operate across all levels of the organization, driving alignment, delivering measurable outcomes, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to define program vision, align priorities, and execute initiatives that deliver measurable business impact
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and clients, providing clear visibility into program progress, risks, and outcomes
• Influence decision-making through thoughtful communication and strategic insight
Cross-Functional Alignment
• Translate complex, multi-layered information into clear, actionable insights and narratives that support enterprise-wide alignment
• Serve as a connector across Technology, Operations, and Engineering teams
Program Execution & Delivery
• Develop and manage integrated program roadmaps, ensuring alignment between high-level strategy and detailed execution plans
• Partner closely with project managers to drive coordinated delivery across initiatives
Ownership & Accountability
• Take full ownership of program outcomes, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time with clear success metrics and performance tracking
Governance & Process Excellence
• Establish and maintain standardized processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency, visibility, and control across all program areas
Executive Communication
• Deliver clear, concise, and impactful updates to leadership, bridging technical and business perspectives to support informed decisions
Transformation Leadership
• Lead large-scale transformation efforts with a hands-on approach, ensuring adoption and execution at both strategic and operational levels
Delivery Excellence
• Apply expertise in Agile and traditional delivery models to manage risk, drive execution, and ensure high-quality outcomes
