Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in supply chain planning, material management, or commodity management within the technology or AI hardware industry.
  • Experience in supply chain risk assessment and supply chain resiliency.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience designing and implementing end-to-end planning architectures within ERP or advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP or proprietary tools).
  • Experience defining system logic, data hierarchies, and automation requirements to transform manual workflows into scalable, repeatable planning engines.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive manufacturing and execution strategies by integrating inputs across demand, capacity, material availability, financial budgets, and data center requirements. You will engage with key suppliers and commodity managers to ensure the timely availability of critical components.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Develop manufacturing and execution plans based on inputs from demand, capacity, material availability, finance budgets, and data center requirements.
  • Work directly with key suppliers and commodity managers to ensure supply availability of critical components.
  • Improve supply availability by identifying bottlenecked resources and driving output/throughput improvement.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to continue to adapt systems capabilities to meet the needs of evolving Artificial Intelligence (AI) hardware landscape.
  • Provide near and long range projections for broad consumption by cross-functional organizations.
